The Meditation Medley is a 5-week course aimed at beginners, those who think “I just can’t meditate” or those who would like to meditate in a group and recommit to a regular practice. We will explore a variety of meditation practices, with the aim of finding what works best for you.
- Meditation doesn’t need to be hard, serious and challenging.
- You don’t need to be resistant to your thoughts, emotions, body aches and pains during meditation.
- There is a much gentler, ease-filled and soulful way to learn to meditate and gain all the scientifically proven benefits a regular practice has to offer.

In this course you will:
• Learn/experience a variety of different types of meditation/mindfulness practices
• Decompress to expertly guided meditations
• Enjoy a safe, non-judgmental space to foster learning and to gain the most benefit from the practices
• Take home practices and ideas to assist you to begin/continue incorporating meditation into your daily life
• Weekly review and support to assist you to commit to a regular practice
• Provision of evidence-based information detailing the benefits of a consistent meditation practice
All equipment provided. You may bring your own blankets/cushions.
