Slow, mindful yoga that is research-based and tailored specifically to your needs can play an important role in your health care / self-care journey. Lisa bases your time together around a very clear and concise practice goal which is done through a partnership of how she observes you moving and responding plus what your own intentions are. This then becomes a single priority and together you workshop practices that move you towards this goal.

You are not alone

Lisa takes a collaborative approach to your wellness journey. Working 1-1 can significantly complement the work you are doing, alone or with your health care provider, to improve and maintain mental and physical health plus support treatment and recovery (although not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment). 

Lisa specialises in teaching practices that promote mobility, mindfulness, functional movement, resiliency, awareness, and connection.
