In this 90min class you can expect:
a guided practice of 4 different meditation techniques (movement, mantra, breath awareness and loving-kindness meditation)
an introduction to the benefits of a regular meditation practice
a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be as you are.
Take home valuable ideas to help you to (re)start a meditation practice in your daily life. Leave feeling relaxed, focused and nourished.
You are invited to stay after class to connect over a tea, ask all the questions you have and meet fellow students.
