Myofascial Release (MFR) is a powerful tool for health and wellness that works to deeply release both muscle and fascia - a sheath of stringy connective tissue that surrounds every part of your body. Think of fasica as your internal onesie!
It is like up-levelling your practice.
This is a self care technique which, once taught, can be practiced at home for continued health and well being.
In this 2.5 hr course you will be gently guided by Rae through a series of movements to help release tension within the fascia and tissues using MFR balls.
