This free community class is great if you are new to yoga and want to learn the basic elements of a balanced yoga practice.
In this 90min class you can expect:
- an introduction to yoga and the 5 elements
- thorough explanation and practice of key yoga poses
- a beginner-friendly version of sun salutations to take home
- an introduction to breathing techniques and mediation
- deep relaxation at the end
You are invited to stay after class to connect over a tea, ask all the questions you have and meet fellow students.
Please note: this class caters for yoga beginners but you're also welcome if you return on the mat after a break. Even if you are an experienced yogi, this class will give you a chance to put your "beginner's glasses" on and see your practice in a new light.
