Hatha Yoga
Lisa is a ‘why’ person. Having practiced yoga for over two decades it was no longer enough for her to just feel good after a class, she needed to dig deeper and find out how and why. Lisa embarked on an RYT200 teacher training and began life-long learning in the field of wellness and yoga.
“It is truly an exciting time as Western science meets ancient Eastern health practices. My vision is to integrate yoga into the future of mainstream health care protocols.”
The result is that her evidence-informed classes are drawn from a deep well of over 20 years of practice & study. Lisa’s students say that they feel less stressed, more calm and peaceful, have fewer aches and pains, and feel more in touch with themselves.
