MEET Tamara
Exploring Movement
Tamara is dedicated to helping individuals achieve greater strength, flexibility, and holistic integration of body and mind through mindful movement.
Her Exploring Movement classes emphasize slow, mindful movements that lead to powerful effects, fostering a deeper connection between body and mind. By combining Hatha Yoga and Feldenkrais training, she skillfully guides her students towards a greater awareness of their bodies, enabling them to unlock their full potential and experience enhanced well-being.
Tamara has been practicing yoga since the age of 12, and seven years ago, she transformed her passion into a new career. Previously, she spent 20 years in the fashion industry.
As a mother of two teenagers, she understands the importance of balance and mindfulness in daily life. For the past three years, she has been studying the Feldenkrais Technique to bring a new blend of Awareness Through Movement to the yoga studio.
This style of practice is accessible to all ages and abilities, making it inclusive and adaptable to everyone's unique needs.
