In this 2.5 hr course you will be gently guided through a series of movements to help release tension within the fascia (connective tissue) using MFR balls.

This is a self care technique which, once taught, can be practiced at home for continued health and well being.

The Meditation Medley is a 5-week course aimed at beginners, those who think “I just can’t meditate” or those who would like to meditate in a group and recommit to a regular practice. We will explore a variety of meditation practices, with the aim of finding what works best for you.
